Welcome to Lotty's Cakes, by Charlotte Bateman, with 20 years experience of creating beautiful cakes for every occasion, but especially your wedding.

I specialise in creating cakes by hand in my own kitchen. My cakes are made with the finest ingredients, are well matured with brandy and decorated to your own personal design. If you’re not a fruit cake fan, I can provide a choice of sponge cake alternatives.

If you’re a chocoholic, then my sticky chocolate cake is a must! This can be finished in either white, milk or dark chocolate, or if you’re trying to keep every one happy, why not include it in a combination cake?

My sugar flowers are crafted by hand, and can be matched to co-ordinate with your own theme and colours. Alternatively, if you prefer fresh flowers, your cake can be delivered to your venue, on the morning of your wedding, where I can liaise with your florist, who can then finish the cake with fresh flower arrangements.

I will also include a brochure and order form, so if you do decide that you’d like me to make your cake, you can order immediately.
